Ideal for companies with large fleet where the fleet manager would prefer to have an in-house driver trainer, cum driver screener who will be able to conduct pre-hire screening, defensive driver training as well as refresher training. The course covers a comprehensive syllabus that includes advanced, hazard management, driver fitness, vehicle fitness, road environment and driving in adverse conditions as well as driving economically and compliantly in respect of the National Road Traffic Act. The course include a big element of train-the- trainer and is done via in-class, online and on-road demonstration with a full written and practical assessment.
